Sports Therapy

Although the name implies the treatment of sports related injuries it is by no means limited to such. Sports injury therapy is a ‘global’ term given to the treatment of a wide variety of soft tissue, musculo-skeletal injuries, irrespective of how they where caused.

Reiki

Reiki means universal energy. Reiki is a system of healing using universal energy. Introduced to the West in the 60’s and 70’s Reiki is fast becoming a popular choice of treatment for a wide range of conditions. Reiki can be used solely for relaxation, as a form of stress relief, as a ‘stand alone’ treatment or in conjunction with any other form of treatment.

Naturopathy

Naturopathy is a health-care system which utilizes the body's own ability to heal itself. A Naturopath will aid this process by using a wide array of alternative methods, personalised to a patients needs. These may include Herbal or Homeopathic medicine, Nutrition, Diet and Lifestyle.  

Remedial Massage

Remedial Massage is the massage and manipulation of the soft tissue of the body such as  muscles, ligaments and tendons. The massage stimulates and promotes circulation and lymphatic systems, increasing blood flow and breaks down any ‘knots’ which may have formed in the muscles which will alleviate pain and discomfort and promote the body’s own ability to heal.
